Absolutely outstanding leadership at this branch! Gergo, the Pret Manager, is a true example of kindness, empathy, and expertise. His deep knowledge of the products shines through as he enthusiastically shares his personal favourites and takes the time to walk you through each item. What really sets him apart is his precise understanding of product availability—he knows exactly when everything will be fresh and ready. On top of that, he generously offered me a complimentary coffee while I waited for a specific item. It’s rare to experience such thoughtful and proactive service. Truly exceptional!- Food

Popped into Pret this Saturday 12th of July, at 7:30 and had such a lovely experience. The barista on duty was incredibly kind, he made an amazing, strong coffee, one of the best I’ve had! Great service and a perfect start to the day. Highly recommend!

There was a nice lady called Regena who served me, she was so sweet and kind. The shops atmosphere was peaceful I really enjoyed it and highly recommend it! I got a cookie and raspberry lemonade it was great

I always visit on weekends. The barista guy who served me today (25/5/25 at 8:30) was so welcoming and a lovely person to see in the morning. The coffee was amazing too..

I walked in early morning to grab a coffee and saw two hardworking, super smiley and polite ladies at the cashier. Although I could tell they’re tired, they kept a beautiful positive energy going. Keep it up!

I visit almost daily. Most of time for hot drink and sometimes eat. The salads and baguettes are absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and polite. Lovely atmosphere.

Great Pret A Manger branch! The staff provide excellent customer service and they are always extremely friendly. I always order a Hazelnut Skinny Mocha from here and the staff do an incredible job and always make it taste wonderful. The branch is clean, well organised and well stocked with a great range of vegetarian and also vegan products. I absolutely love the new Vegan Meatball Wrap as it tastes brilliant and very meaty. My colleague who isn't a great fan of Vegan products was suprised and said it tasted brilliant when I swapped his Meatball Wrap for the Vegan one as a prank. Now he is hooked up! This branch could definitely do with some more seats and eating in areas because whilst I intended to take out there was barley any space in the store to Eat in. The branch is brilliantly designed and is great! Situated a 6-10 minute walk from Watford Junction Station its great if your getting a Coffee in the morning. Especially the £20 a month subscription it's simply brilliant and very innovative. Unfortunately, I've had to cancel mine since there is no Pret A Manger branch near Watford General Hospital where I work and I can't get a Coffee from Pret on the way in as the branches near my house are closed. Please Pret open a branch near Watford General Hospital very close to it! Overall, a great Pret A Manger branch and I highly recommend you order from here!Wonderful selection of food. Most of cooked by the kitchens on site. lovely seating facilities upstairs & the staff are super helpful and courteous. Gives any prets in the city a run for their money. I'm so glad Watford has a Pret & an amazing one at that!
I absolutely love the staff in this particular Pret... they are always welcoming and friendly. They remember my order and I feel lole they go extra mile to make sure I'm happy with my drinks.. i dont kmow all their names but like Catalin (i think trays his name) is absolutely lovely, and Pamela as well.. the other members of the staff are just great and i feel bad that i dont kmow their names
